Bacon Wilson, P.C. is seeking candidates for a full-time commercial real estate paralegal position in our Commercial Finance Practice Group. Prior legal experience handling real estate closings is required. While prior experience with commercial transactions and commercial financing is preferred, transferable experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will be involved in document drafting and review and due diligence and must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume, atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.

Bacon Wilson, P.C. is seeking a candidate for a full-time Estate Planning Administrative Clerk in Estate Planning Department. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of estate planning documents and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities: 
– Review estate planning documents for accuracy and compliance.
– Verify conformity to legal guidelines and internal policies.
– Conduct quality assurance checks on documents.
– Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
– Collaborate with team members and provide feedback.
– Manage document records and communications.
– Identify process improvement opportunities.
– Maintain confidentiality of client information.
– Assist with overflow work and manage incoming calls.

Qualifications: 
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
– Previous experience in estate planning or legal document review preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and understanding of legal terminology.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $38,500.00 – $42,000.00 per year
