Bacon Wilson announces Tracy Friedenberg as the new Executive Director.
Bacon Wilson is pleased to announce that Tracy Friedenberg has joined the firm as the new Executive Director. Tracy comes to Bacon Wilson with over 25 years of corporate and law firm experience, including human resources, operations management, and information technology. She will work directly with Bacon Wilson’s Managing Shareholder, Jeffrey I. Fialky, across all levels of firm management in each of our four offices.
Prior to joining Bacon Wilson, Friedenberg served as Chief of Staff for Odin Labs, Inc. in New York, New York. Prior to that, Friedenberg worked for Day Pitney, LLP in Hartford Connecticut for 14 years. Her career path began in project management, to senior manager, up to the Director of Technical Services and Project Management in 2020. Day Pitney is an East Coast-based comprehensive law firm with national and international reach, housing over 300 attorneys and 13 offices throughout the Northeast as well as in Southeast Florida. Tracy’s experience has proven her to be an exemplary addition to the firm and her career background possesses the unique qualifications needed for this important role as our new Executive Director.

Tracy holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the UMASS College of Arts and Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Marketing from the College of Food and Natural Resources. In addition to working at Bacon Wilson, Tracy serves as the President on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Western Massachusetts, a non-profit organization that empowers women to gain economic independence.
Tracy is a born and raised Springfield Massachusetts native and is thrilled to be working back in the community that she grew up in. She has two children- one human and one canine. Tracy is a huge football fan and in her spare time loves to travel.
